So we're creating plans for a holistic redesign of both Scania House and Amwell House (opposite Morrisons on Amwell Street).

At the moment, the site is home to two office buildings - Scania House and Amwell House.
Both were built more than 40 years ago. Both are showing their age.
One of the buildings (Amwell House, right) is no longer fit for purpose and we couldn't let it to another business without investing millions.
Sadly, it has started to attract the typical issues empty buildings experience (break ins, fly-tipping, etc). So, it's now set to be demolished in August 2023.

Scania House (left building) is currently home to B3Living's main office.
Our customers say that it means a lot that we’re local.
In the long term we want to stay at the heart of our community, where customers know how to find us and can get to us by bus, train or by walking if they need to.
